By submitting your information to Research Worx, inc., you consent to this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information We Collect

Research Worx only collects personal information directly from participants who, of their own free will, decide to give certain information. Participants join our database to voluntarily voice their opinions regarding products and services. Individuals who wish to participate must provide, at a minimum, their full name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, and gender.  For Research Worx to initially match research study criteria with select individuals, additional information, such as marital status, education, employment details, ethnicity, health information, preferences, and interests is useful, but not required.  Research Worx reserves the right to delete any individual’s information from our database at any time.
 

How We Use Personal Information:

Research Worx will use your personal information to match you with potential paid research opportunities. We may contact you by phone or email to notify you of these paid research opportunities. Participation in all research projects is voluntary and respondents may opt-out of any research project at any time. Disclosures of Personal Information:

Research Worx will not give, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except as outlined below:

Study Participation – Although certain information collected is shared with our clients, Research Worx will never release full contact information without express permission from participants invited to join research studies. Information shared with our clients will be used for marketing research and opinion research purposes only.

Sale of the Business – We may transfer any information we have about you to the relevant party in the event of the sale or merger of the business.

Legal – If it becomes necessary by law or legal process, Research Worx will disclose your personal information if it is determined that such disclosure is legally necessary or appropriate.


Children’s Privacy Protection

Research Worx will never knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 from our website. Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and they should not submit information on our website. Information submitted by children under the age of 16 will be deleted. Occasionally, we do offer paid research opportunities for children under the age of 16. For those projects, we will initiate the communication process with the parents, and obtain their consent, prior to conducting any contact with the child under the age of 16.
